Take Bill Gates as example, he left Harvard to develop his vision at Microsoft and he is now one of the most rich person walks on earth. Need not fear, you do no't have to be as far thinking as Bill Gates, but you should learn something from his decision making. Always ask yourself whether your are being realistic before you make a decision.

2. Be a man of action

The best ideas in the world are worthless if they are not put into action. However, action can be a double-edged sword because action for the sake of action can easily become reckless. If you have some idea that might work, then do it. Hesitate no more.

3. Capitalize on your passion

Be passionate about something. Capitalize on the passion. Love it dearly. This is because if you do not love it, then it is impossible to get others to love it. By focusing on something that you are passionate about, you will give yourself extra resources that cannot be quantified. Hence, love the things u are doing!

4. Have outer confidence

Confidence is ultimate key to almost anything in life. If you are lack of confidence, you will never get very far. Confidences will allows you to surround yourself with quality people whom will push you and whom you can in turn push to greater and greater heights. Confidence is main thing that allows you to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts.

5. Check your feelings at the door

In business, there is nothing personal. Everything is business. A friend might tell you that your idea stinks; rather than get defensive, find out why he thinks your idea stinks. And never let the criticism get you down. The more success you have, the more criticism will be thrown in your direction.

it's ok that u dont have all the stated traits. only few of us do. the most important thing is to know your weakness. be honest with yourself and learn to turn the weakness onto strength.
